System Validation

Bay-Tec Engineering has been designing, building, and validating automation systems for clients as a component of projects since the early 1980's. This awareness of the validation requirements, and the evolution of the validation industry has positioned Bay-Tec as an extremely valuable member of a project team. The early awareness of validation requirements, documentation, and testing is built into Bay-Tec's internal SOP's.

The control system validation protocols developed and executed by Bay-Tec typically include:

PROTOCOL FUNCTION
Hardware Installation Qualification (HIQ)
  • Verifies all control system hardware is installed and functioning in accordance to design and specifications
Software Installation Qualification (SIQ)
  • Verifies all software files are installed with the proper revision dates.
Operational Qualification (OQ)
