Control Panel Fabrication

Bay-Tec builds custom control panels in our UL-Certified Panel Shop at our facility in Napa. Project Engineers, Designers, and Technicians work together closely to build the finest control panel assemblies available.

Experienced panel designers generate detailed panel layouts for enclosures considering future maintenance and aesthetic aspects. Panel drawings are issued and approved for technicians to build as-per clear accurate drawings. Should design questions arise, the designer and technician work together for resolution.

All panels fabricated by Bay-Tec undergo a detailed, documented Panel Checkout Procedure developed specifically for each panel. Each procedure will ultimately become part of Bay-Tec's final Turn-Over-Package.

Panel Checkouts include, but are not limited to:

• Panel power-up and fusing testing
• Wire continuity testing
• I/O simulation
• Operator Interface verification
• Terminal torque testing
• Nameplate and wire tagging verification
• Other testing as required for complete functionality
