Bay-Tec Acquired by Emerson
On December 17, 2008, Bay-Tec was acquired by Emerson and will operate under the Emerson Process Management division.
Bay-Tec remains an independent control system integrator and will continue to provide the same services under multiple platforms such as Rockwell Logix, Wonderware Archestra, GE Proficy (Intellution), OSI PI, Schneider Electric Modicon PLCs and Emerson DeltaV. Under the acquisition Bay‑Tec is able to provide enhanced Emerson solutions with enhanced knowledge and support from our Emerson partners.
